Our bakers start the bake in the wee hours and it’s all ready by the time we open our doors at 6:30 a.m. As the bakers leave, our day crew arrives to get the eggs and bacon started. We spend the morning slicing meat and prepping the best veggies for your lunch. Our bakery staff, along with the smell of fresh baked cookies and coffee, greet our customers as they walk through the door. Come often enough and your crew start making your special latte as they see your car pull up. It all ends with a satisfied customer knowing they are a part of our cafe family.
